SUNY Plattsburgh hospitality students are working hard this semester to bring you their best. Our senior level students are hard at work already preparing for the first meal to be offered to the public. What to expect
Our students put all of their effort into a culminating senior project in which they develop the menu then plan the cost, preparation, and service of that meal. The atmosphere created by the students with table linen, beverage service, and careful attention to the menu provides a feeling of relaxed fine dining.

- Enjoy a Starbucks coffee Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
- We are open for dinner Thursdays during the semester 5:30-7:00
